What a fantastic auction as this substantial farm was on offer. The bidding to start with was very slow but with great team work between Kevin Deane & Robert Tulp - The Auction Guy, the bids started coming in thick & fast. You could tell it was in the country as a bug landed on the camera at one point too! The boys got every last cent for the sellers and achieved a record result. Both buyers and sellers were very happy with the result.

Wow what an auction! Pim Pimpinid and Lindi Miller sure know how to attract a crowd! Robert Tulp - TheAuctionGuy asked for an opening bid and out came bid after bid, after bid. This was the way it went for the whole auction. With numerous bidders putting their hand up, to own a slice of real estate in Orewa so close to the beach. In the end it was down to 2 bidders and the result being SOLD!
